Have you ever heard of an I am list? This is where you write all the qualities you would like to possess, put the words I am in front of them and repeat them to yourself in front of the mirror until you believe them. (i.e.) I am love I am joy I am peace ect. If you like I would be happy to share my list with you. P.S. don't forget to add I am giving, pass it on.
